INGREDIENTS

½ cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup olive oil (optional, may use an air popper instead)
4 tbsp butter
½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese

For the Italian Herbs Seasoning
1 tbsp A Spice Affair’s Italian Herbs, Bruschetta or Tuscan Infusion 
½ tsp A Spice Affair’s Ground Garlic
½ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

For the Lemon Pepper Seasoning
½ tbsp A Spice Affair’s Lemon Pepper

PREPARATION

1. Use an air popper to pop popcorn kernels or combine popcorn and ¼ cup olive oil in a large pot with cover. Cook over medium-high heat, occasionally shaking the pot, until popcorn is popped (about 5 minutes). Transfer popcorn to a large serving bowl.
   
   
2. In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Once melted, add in the seasoning of choice and stir over low heat until well combined.
   
   
3. Drizzle the seasoned butter and parmesan cheese over popcorn and toss to evenly coat. Enjoy!
