At ASpiceAffair.com, your orders are important to us. We strive to service our customers in the fastest time possible.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information your order processing maybe delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. You will be informed of such delays in the event they take place.

This offer applies only to standard ground shipping. This offer is valid on regular Canadian & Contiguous United States shipping only. In Canada, shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest territories. In the United States, shipping promotions do not apply to order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories outside the Contiguous United States.
Rates for shipments for all other orders will be calculated at checkout accordingly.
Rates for shipments to Europe and the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout accordingly.

Delivery of orders shipped to addresses within Canada may take 3-10* business days from time of order.
Delivery of orders shipped to addresses within the United States may take 5-14* business days from time of order.

International Shipping Restrictions
At ASpiceAffair.com, every order is important and we wish to satisfy every customer. However, we reserves the right to reject or refuse any order that may not be eligible for shipping by Canada Post’s shipping service due to international or political restrictions that may be completely out of our hands. We apologize for any such inconvenience in advance and this shall in no way be interpreted as an opinion or affiliation by our firm whatsoever. In this case, a full refund would be issued to the customer and they will be informed immediately.
International Shipping: Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Canada may be subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. It is your duty to verify with the concerned authorities and departments. Many countries exempt food products from such duties, but we cannot guarantee the latter nor does this construe any guarantee or promise on our part.
Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.
Accurate Shipping Addresses
ASpiceAffair.com relies solely on shipping addresses and information that you have provided. We shall in no way be held accountable for inaccurate shipping addresses or packages lost due to such errors not committed by us unless otherwise justified. Our team will do its best to work with you to help you recover your package, but it will be still be deemed your sole responsibility. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and reviewed before submitting your order. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room, or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. Please include a picture proof showing the state in which the package was received. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
All packages shipped by us have a tracking number, which can help you locate and track your package up until it reaches your shipping address. ASpiceAffair.com will do its best to help you recover any package lost due to theft, but cannot guarantee it. Please ensure to select a shipping method which requires a signature if you've had experience with package theft in the past as once the package is delivered, we will consider that we have fulfilled our duty. Packages lost by the carrier are insured and therefore an insurance/refund claim can be made using your tracking/order number with the carrier. Our staff will happily walk you through the process.
