Returns & Exchanges
Since we promise Satisfaction Guaranteed, you can return or exchange your items.
We hope you enjoy your purchase; however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return/exchange an item. Please follow the simple steps below to return or exchange you item.
You must send a request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive the authorization number and form for your return or exchange. You must return merchandise in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of our products (food), any products that have broken seals or that have been tampered with may not be returned nor exchanged. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at the above email for more inquiries or to take other steps.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Please note that returns are not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.
ASpiceAffair.com cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to ASpiceAffair.com
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited (they will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase) and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
